Welcome to SimpiRoute.com (together with its mobile applications, collectively "SimpliRoute").

SimpliRoute Inc. (the "Company" or "we") owns SimpliRoute and takes your privacy and security seriously. The company provides this Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") to explain the ways in which the Company collects, stores, and uses your personally identifiable information ("Personal Information"). By using SimpliRoute in any way, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.As used in this Privacy Policy, the words "you" and "your" refer to you personally or, if you access SimpliRoute on behalf of a company or entity, that company or entity. The Company reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy at any time by updating this document. Upon such update, you will be alerted to the change through a notification through SimpliRoute’s communication channels. By continuing to use SimpliRoute after such notification, you agree to be bound by the most recent version of the Privacy Policy.

Do we collect information from children?

‍No person under the age of 18 may use SimpliRoute. In addition, the Company does not do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children younger than 13 years of age. If you believe we have Personal Information about a child younger than 13, please contact us at contact@simpliroute.com. We will promptly investigate and delete any such Personal Information we identify.

What Personal Information do we collect?

‍Generally speaking, the Company collects Personal Information related to your use of SimpliRoute. Specifically, we may collect the following Personal Information:

(a) Information you use to register for a User Account, as that term is defined in the SimpliRoute Terms of Service. This includes your name, email address, mobile phone number, and information related to your company or anticipated usage.

(b) Information needed to process subscription payments. This may include your last 4 digits of your credit card information and billing address.

(c) Information about your mobile device or computer if you access our websites. This includes your IP address, referring page information, and site activity information. This information may be collected from cookies, web beacons, or heat maps. You may be able to disable cookies by adjusting the cookies setting in your web browser or mobile device. Please note that disabling cookies may disable certain functions in SimpliRoute. This information about activity on our websites will be shared with Google.

(d) Information you submit to SimpliRoute to plan routes or otherwise receive services.

(e) GPS information from connected devices using SimpliRoute mobile app.

(f) Information you submit to use when you contact the Company for customer or technical support.

How do you use Personal Information?

‍The Company uses Personal Information primarily to provide the SimpliRoute services and to optimize our software. Specifically, we may use your Personal Information to:

(a) Provide route optimization and mapping services and provide the other services offered by SimpliRoute or the Company.

(b) Process subscription payments.

(c) Provide customer and technical support as requested by you.

(d) Send you occasional emails or text messages with important Company or SimpliRoute information. We may also send you emailed newsletters, which you can opt-out.

(e) Optimize SimpliRoute and analyze our usage.

(f) Enforce our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

(g) Comply with legal requests and requirements as applicable to the Company or SimpliRoute.

How do you keep Personal Information secure?

‍We take your security and privacy very seriously. We use encryption technology for certain Personal Information and utilize other safeguards. We employ physical and electronic safeguards to protect the Personal Information we collect from users. However, we cannot guarantee that your Personal Information won't be stolen, hacked, or intercepted while being transmitted. Any Personal Information you transmit to the Company is transmitted solely at your own risk.

How can you manage your information?

‍You have many choices to access information we collect about you and about how we use or disclose that information. This section details many of those choices, including how you can exercise rights you may with respect to your information (including personally identifiable information), how you can opt out of collection and use of certain types of information for certain purposes (such as marketing), and how you can use your browser or third-party tools to disable certain collection methods (such as cookies or tracking technologies).

You may access, correct, amend, or delete routes and visits by accessing it within SimpliRoute. You control all that content you upload. Content you delete (including Content containing personal information) may be retained in archived or backup copies in order to enable you to use certain features like revision history and base snapshots. If you want to permanently delete Content from your SimpliRoute account, please contact us at support@simpliroute.com.

SimpliRoute’s Marketing emails - How to Opt Out

‍We may use some of the information we collect for marketing purposes, including to send you promotional communications about new SimpliRoute features, products, events, or other opportunities. If you wish to stop receiving these communications or to opt out of use of your information for these purposes, please follow the opt-out instructions by clicking "Unsubscribe" (or similar opt-out language) in those communications. You can also contact us at support@simpliroute.com to opt out. You may only opt out of administrative messages and emails by deleting your User Account (as that term is defined in the Terms of Service).

Cookies and Tracking Technologies – How to Opt Out

‍If you would prefer not to accept cookies or otherwise wish to disable our use of tracking technologies, most browsers and mobile devices allow you to change your settings so as to notify you when you receive cookies or other tracking technologies are being used, and to choose whether or not to accept/allow it. Most browsers also allow you to disable or delete existing cookies or to automatically reject future cookies. Disabling cookies may limit your ability to use the Services.

Certain tracking technologies we use are related to advertising networks, and through those technologies we may share certain information such as IP addresses. No personally identifiable information is shared with these advertising networks, but please note that the information we share with those advertising networks might be combined with other information about you that those networks may have collected from other sources. International Transfers (including Transfers Outside of the European Union)

‍We process and store information on servers located in the United States, and we may store information on servers and equipment in other countries depending on a variety of factors, including the locations of our users and service providers. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of information (including Customer Information, Content, and personally identifiable information) to locations that may be outside of your country of residence, including the United States. You acknowledge and agree that, as a condition of providing any Content, you can legally transfer it to the United States or another country.

With respect to transfers of information out of the European Union (EU), we may process some personally identifiable information pursuant to data processing agreements that include the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. What country governs this Privacy Policy?

‍This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Delaware. Personal Information you transmit to the Company is subject to these laws rather than the laws of your home country or state.
