Restomarket is a company dedicated to the import, marketing and distribution of various food products and kitchenware for restaurant chains offering Chinese, Japanese and Thai food.

Wanting to be at the forefront of the gastronomic market in Chile, they set out to move towards a very high efficiency in their service in order to deliver the best experience to their customers. That is why they decided to have a logistics partner to help them achieve these goals.

Main challenges

The main challenges they had at Restomarket were related to inventory and the loading and unloading of their trucks, as their operation was very empirical. Due to these problems, they had difficulties in achieving their KPI's and had very low levels of management.

On the other hand, as a result of the same, their operation was very stressed, there was not an optimal working climate, they had a lot of late deliveries and very low customer satisfaction, which impacted them very negatively.
